2RL’s Boot Camp is a dynamic 30-hour leadership coaching certification workshop that provides an in-depth look at ICF core competencies, coaching tools, ethics, and case studies. Leaders will have the opportunity to practice coaching and implement their skills in real-world scenarios. 2RL integrates our own unique Courageous Coaching perspective based on Dr. JR Flatter’s book Courageous Leadership! You’ll leave this workshop with practical and systemic learning – the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences to enhance your leadership traits, become a 2RL Certified Executive Coach and meet the ICF requirements for your first 30 hours of coach-specific training.
