Meet Our Founder

Bourne out of the lessons of his own personal journey, our founder Dr. J.R Flatter has spent years dedicating himself to giving the gift of confidence to people to be the person that they are and to believe they can reach whatever it is that they seek.

With 22 years of active duty serving in the U.S Marine Corps, he rose from Private to Staff Sergeant before receiving a commission as a Lieutenant and eventually retiring as a Major.  

His coaching experience, leadership training skills, business experience, and analytical acumen is backed by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington, a Master of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration with a concentration in Leadership Development from George Washington University .

J.R has been an experiential leadership practitioner and consultant for government, commercial, and non-profit organizations across the globe, with accreditations from the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach.

J.R is a loving husband, father of four children, and grandfather of eight grandchildren.
