We changed as people. Becoming coaches took us to a whole different type of way of thinking. We became better leaders, better followers, better husbands, wives, mothers, fathers, employees…

You’re not the expert, you’re not the thought leader… you don’t have to be. You’re the leader that is guiding them with their own thoughts to their own answers and that’s really powerful in itself to be a trusted guide with people’s deepest thoughts and decisions in their lives.

Leadership knows no boundaries. Whether you’re in a completely different place in the world, whether you’re with completely different people in the world, there’s always gonna be some soft characteristics that you can’t necessarily just pick up and learn. It’s something that has to develop. So that part of this program has been very impactful.
